Latest and Greatest in Bellevue: B-Bar Cafe

Earlier this month, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty opened its doors in Bellevue in concert with B-Bar Cafe, a café by day and piano bar by night. B-Bar is an extension and reflection of the famous, Bis on Main that Bellevue residents know and love. The vision for this concept has been in the works for over a year and to see it come to life is so exciting! One of the main reasons I made my move to Realogics Sotheby’s is the way they are changing the real estate game in Seattle through marketing, expansion, and connections. It’s not often you see retail spaces attached to real estate offices, but this approach is changing the direction we interact with our clients as real estate professionals, in a positive way. We’re creating conversations in a space that is comfortable and leisurely.

 

I was able to see for myself this week what B-Bar Bellevue has to offer and try some delicious bites and libations! One of my favorite dishes was Wagyu meatballs paired with a yummy Pinot Noir. The menu includes a variety of options: Portuguese red clam chowder, Mediterranean sea bass, blackened ahi tuna, and Wagyu steak just to name a few. The restaurant has even taken a French-style approach if you will, featuring outdoor street dining that safely adheres to health guidelines. This incredible space was designed by renowned interior designer, Shanna Gatanis with Design Studio 15 in New York City. Shanna worked closely with Stacy Jones, Chief People Officer of Realogics Sotheby’s, to create a bespoke environment that is different from the norm. Shanna has designed interior spaces for top clients like Jeff Bezos and holds a high standard for what meets the eye.
